Danfoss Power Stacks is start-up within Danfoss Power Electronics. I was involved from concept stage till the manufacturing plant was up and running. In this time period I was involved in a spectrum of activities including planning, forecasting, market intelligence, product management and customer support.

Developing and implementing processes for sales & marketing globally. I worked with leading consultants such as McKinsey & Company and BCG to develop processes and tools for sales & marketing function of Danfoss. Later also implemented them in over 15 countries in Europe, Asia and Pacific.

Operation and maintenance of process instruments in a biochemical production plant.
