Coordinated learning and development activities, implemented, delivered and evaluated all internal training programs delivered for Heineken employees. Provided support, coaching and training on the job sessions for regional trainers and first line managers. Ensured logistics of the projects - training materials production, trainers' routings, training rooms' reservation, monitoring attendance, budgeting and reporting.

Beside training design and delivery, as regional Sales Trainer led several learning and development projects like: Heineken's internal L&D brochure, training participation database design, training program design for Heineken's distributors sales managers and supervisors.

Coordinated the entire Orange indirect sales learning and development activity and led a team of 5 trainers. Recruited and developed training team members. Performed individual periodic appraisals, training on the job and coaching sessions, individual and team meetings in order to make team members to operate independently. The team successfully delivered all Orange training programs to all Orange Romania partners sales representatives (over 2000 people across Romania), with a huge positive feedback.

Delivered and organized all sales training sessions for an entire region. Prepared training materials, booked training rooms, scheduled the routes in order to cover the entire region and to deliver the sessions in time, collected and reported participants' feedback, kept the training database up to date. The activity was splitted into three parts: Client Service and Sales, Project Management and Branding Consultancy. On the client service and sales side - maintained and built client relations and, trough a better clients' understandings, had to increased sales for each account. As a project manager - delivered in time and within the budged all projects. As a brand consultant - made and wrote project specifications, brand audits, brand reports, brand research and clients interviews.

Delivered marketing consultancy for owners. The most important project was to promote the building of the "I.C. Bratianu" neighborhood by fairs and exhibitions attendance, writing advertorials in local publication, designing promotional materials. Over 60% of the houses were contracted after the first exhibition.
