• Coordinate all recruitment processes at Campus level, and the Corporate recruitment team (12 members); • Annual performance evaluation within the team, discuss and align objectives, encourage involvement and development of team members; • Ensure all HR Metrics are closely followed and complied with during the recruitment process; • Make sure that Recruitment Team, Business Units and local leaders comply with the recruitment process;

• Projecting, developing and sustaining recruitment and selection activities for the company’s external clients; • Perform work analysis, analyse job descriptions, deliver selection interviews based on work situations and specific behaviors, abilities; • Single point of contact for recruitment projects, task assignments for team members, establishing deadlines and follow-up for existing projects; • Manintain a strong relationship with the customers and also developing the client portfolio.

• Projecting and organizing recruitment and selection programs; • Psychological appraisal of the candidates; • Work analysis; • Projecting and implementing professional performance appraisals (SEAC performance evaluation model); • Individual coaching for clients; • Design and implement the training plan / program and the training follow-up system;
