In June 2013 I was asked to move to Germany to join the Corporate HR and to get the opportunity to learn more about the Corporate processes. Tasks & Responsibilities: Coordinating the Talent Management Process & Succession Planning worldwide; coordinating all the programs of the internal Academy; Assessor in the Unitech project; Managing Corporate HR Budget

Tasks & Responsibilities HR: HR management of 72 employees and workers, from the recruitment process to the payroll and trainings plan, ensure the correct application of remuneration and development policies, manage the Development Dialogues and provide HR reporting to the Division Engineering. Liaison with Unions was also an important task.
