Responsibilities: -For vacations and sick-leaves the church requires a substitute preacher. -I am called on to prepare an entertaining presentation for a church of about 65 people. -I research and deliver the prepared message (public speaking, teaching, preaching) for 30-45 minutes. -The pastor and congregation praise the sermons I give and they continue to utilize me as the primary substitute.

Basically I planned and facilitated sporting events, babysitting children, and tutored.

Responsibilities: -The department needed someone who could perform customer service over the phones with customers who were under stress. -I was assigned to the primary operator role in the department. -I provided excellent customer service. -I was frequently lauded for my excellent customer service by the Department manager.
