• Manage profitability and pricing for own product portfolio • Develop pricing strategy based on market development, raw material developments and portfolio optimization needs • Plan and forecast business development • Manage or support projects that address product marketability, availability, cost optimization • Manage product portfolio complexity • Manage allocation process in case of product shortage • Monitor competitive activity

• Optimize & develop Asset Utilization Management • Evaluate & prepare annual volume commitments based on 10 years Forecast incl. all productions steps • Communicate commitments to all stakeholders • Adapt annual planning on an as-needed basis • Develop demand plans for key assets & propose debottlenecking & Capex measures to accommodate growth in alignment with Portfolio Mgmt • Coordinate Capex growth projects in alignment with Portfolio Mgmt • Propose & coordinate asset-relevant cost saving projects
