Senior Expert member of the Americas team that provided support for HPE's software products, specifically Service Manager (services and IT life cycle, based on ITIL). We worked with IT Administrators from the companies that purchased HPE's software to provide resolution to common issues within the tool, to guide the admins through tailoring procedures and best practices, as well as other technical tasks as required.

• Management of a team of 17 service agents, including schedules, vacations, coaching, and disciplinary actions. • Monthly work planning to meet goals on billing and service's indicators. • Daily contact with customers to ensure information delivery. • Daily monitoring and reporting on service's indicators.

• Focus on Project Management for IT projects • Understanding of IT Management methodologies and best practices such as ITIL and COBIT • Administration skills for different areas within IT departments such as Databases, Networking, Auditing, and E-Commerce.
