Managing all aspects of the high volume business; Finance, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Dispatch, including three different depots.

Overseeing numerous Plant Bakeries, providing technical support on engineering, production and national suppliers.

Managed the plant, production, confectionery, maintenance/engineering, quality, and dispatch operations, subsequently ensuring that the manufacturing unit delivered enhanced product quality.

Managed the plant, production, confectionary departments and three shift operation leading teams, drove KPIs activities, monitored and implemented standing operating procedures and also maintained five star audits for all production technical audits, hygiene and sanitation requirements.  Was accountable for staff motivation and development via performance evaluations and feedback, as well as communication and effective training functions.

Managed the plant maintenance functions and oversaw the production and inventory department.  Motivated capex proposal replacements, invested new plant equipment and also embraced and delivered preventative maintenance environments.
