Assistance and veterinary control on the food industry units; the control of slaughtered pigs and rejection of specimens that could affect the health of the consumer; Cutting flow control, in observance of hygiene and specific stages of slaughter (from stunning up to delivery); control of carcasses and organs; observance of storage time and temperature; control of cars that delivers the goods (hygiene and specific documents); Reporting to units of the latest food industry standards.
