Responsible for the Business development of the Trade Lane Germany / Latin America / Germany Branch Management of Frankfurt Office

Responsible for opening the Figwal Recife Branch Office, by hiring team, mapping Northeast Market, development of business in the Northeast Area of Brazil, operations, administration, finance & sales. Starting February 2017 also assumed Figwal Salvador Branch Office & its operation & sales.

Responsible for the branch management, which covers operations, administrative, financial, sales, together with the monitoring, the integration, supervision & motivation of the team. In year 2000 I was responsible for the opening of KN Recife Branch Office & its management & sales. In 2004 I assumed office in Salvador, becoming Northeast Branch District Manager. Sep 2009, I have been transferred to KN Curitiba, being responsible for Curitiba, Paranagua, São José dos Pinhais & Londrina offices.

Nortel Networks & BCP (Bellsouth) Telecom Project in the Northeast Area of Brazil. Responsible for the Import Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution of the Radio Base / Telecom Equipments. Key Account Manager for Nortel Networks.

Responsible for the air & sea import coordination for two Groups => Operational Key Account

Airfreight Export Department - Responsible for the execution & coordination of shipments. - booking requests beyong airlines - pick up & airport delivery coordination - docs issuance (AWB - Air Waybill), RE (Export Register), SD (Clearance Request) - Shipment (updating info for external & internal customer) - Invoicing, Suppliers Invoice Analysis

Complementary Trainee Program to the International Transport & Logistics Graduation - IFPA. Training -stages in air & sea freight departments, export & import, plus also on sales dept. In all depts I had the opportunity to coordinate shipments, make bookings / pick ups / deliveries together with suppliers & customers; have been responsible for shipping doc's issuance, as well as import doc analysis. Main focus on shipment follow up, keeping the customer always updated & duly informed.
