Designed and developed a variety of advanced outpatient scheduling solutions using Epic and custom applications. Collaborated with sales, marketing, and multiple internal teams on go-to-market plans for each cloud product. Provided technical on-boarding and product ownership to support ANCILE’s product strategy.

Responsible for designing and building learning software products. Responsible for monitoring product profitability and customer satisfaction. Led the software development efforts for the RWD Info Pak "Publisher" product and uPerform/SAP Productivity Pak. Established the company's pre-sales team and practice in Europe. Managed product strategy for 5 major releases of uPerform/SAP Productivity Pak as the Product Manager, delivering 75 new/enhanced features to 1700 installations.

Responsible for writing and editing technical manuals and other documents supporting the company's specialized cellular and radio surveillance equipment for the military and intelligence markets. Responsible for developing and delivering training in the theory, operation, and maintenance of single-function components and self-contained systems for signal collection, analysis, and direction finding. Watkins-Johnson specialized in radio frequency (RF) and digital signal processing (DSP) systems.

Responsible for performing integration and system readiness tests supporting the company's tactical simulation products. Responsible for diagnosing and repairing digital acoustic signal generation system components for simulating torpedo and undersea biologics. Integrated, tested, and delivered a large-scale undersea acoustic detection simulator to the Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center in San Diego, CA. Developed new software to improve product validation efficiency.
