    Set up and managed a tele-onboarding team to support multiple clients PAN India. Generating the SOP for tele-onboarding and scheduling and conducting training workshops. Adapt at handling large volumes of data and translating it into meaningful and relevant reports as per client requirements. One of my prime responsibilities involved interfacing and interacting with account owners to create the project charter, understanding their needs, and coordinating with them the on-boarding procedure.
