• Development of a time-critical application in Network Management (CENTREX for German Telecom) • Managerial responsibility for 40 SW-developers • Project leadership in close cooperation with the headquarters in Munich • Intercultural connection and mediation in case of problems

• Conception and architecture of a database system • New development of a real-time, high-available and distributed database management system (DBMS for EWSX) • Lead of a user support team consisting of five people during the later test phases of the database management system • Development of intelligent interfaces between network elements and network management system • Test strategy and test tool development
