Initialisation stage: analysis preproject environment (laws, regulations, market niche in Ukraine, price, competitors, production and qualification's potential based on the numbers from testing plant) on project stage: planning, budgeting, process monitoring, logistics and delivery, providing preliminary results to top management. implementation part: monitoring the implementation of the first plant, analysing the results of the success of installation and KPI of the project.
