Managing the team of 20+ recruitment coordinators providing admin support to clients across EMEA region. Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, performance managament, quality assurance, setting and monitoring the achievement of SLAs, implementation of new accounts, initiating process improvement, coaching and mentoring team leaders, acquiring talent and on-boarding new employees.

- Working closely with the on-site team of recruiters in Germany and other EMEA locations - Scheduling all types of interviews for recruiters and managers on each level in the hierarchy, - Post all open positions on the Client or external careers sites - Collect feedback from recruiters/ hiring manages after interviews - Manage the process for internal and external candidate referencing - Support recruiters in maintenance of reports - Training new team members
