Managed a world-wide production network between five production sites in Asia, Europe, and the USA (3.200 staff and 600 Mio EURO turnover). Set up the most modern production site for escalators and passenger boarding bridges (1.400 staff, China, Greenfield). Localized and orchestrated SCM. Ramp-up production to become a permanent beacon for the profitable escalator business in China (and RoW).

Restructured and optimized global engineering divisions and multi-national production networks. Drove Digitalization for international companies. Responsible for business development Asia/Pacific, and in particular for China.

Re-organized and optimized large engineering divisions and global production networks into high-performing value chains. Developed digital roadmaps and implemented digital value chains in engineering divisions. Implemented ERP and PLM systems.
