I am the operations director at an outpatient addiction treatment facility. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are provided in a safe and effective manner. This includes managing a team of healthcare providers, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and coordinating with other organizations to provide the best care possible.
