As Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, I was responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the function, more than doubling the Company size in 3 years.

Set up the People function in Europe as a new region, reporting to its CEO, and also set up the foundations of the global compensation and benefits framework (grading structure, job analysis, promotion criteria). - Developed the regional HR structure and strategy, business-oriented, to bring world-class HR processes, technology, and talent into the organization, covering 8 countries across Europe.

Responsible for leading the Executive Recruitment for Walmart International markets. We operate in 27 Countries across Latin America, North America, Africa, India, Canada, Asia and the UK. Building the Global Talent Acquisition CoE for Walmart International: - Develop local recruiting capability and talent acquisition strategy; - Employment Brand, Recruitment Marketing and Candidate / Employee Experience;
