In 2022, with the investment in a biocidal production facility, I started to produce antibacterial disinfectants and soaps under the #Evony brand. I contributed to the implementation of ex-proof production and packaging systems. I drive the start-up process for the biocidal projects as a project member. FAT, SAT

My responsibility is daily management of liquid packaging and wet wipes lines in our factory in Turkey. I'm positioned in the cross functional teams of R&D, Quality, and Technology Departments. Furthermore, I provide technical support to the other production sites when it is required in the case of a factory start-up or an urge in the process development of the current factories. 120 employees are directed with my daily coaching. I drive Capex for determined projects and Opex budgeting.

I conducted the process development of the liquid detergent production lines. Moreover, I set SMED project criterias in detergent production lines of Hayat Kimya and accomplished sigma projects accordingly. Achievements: The records on the below were hit during my occupation. I engaged in the packaging process of not only liquid laundry detergent but also softeners, surface cleaners, and dishwashing detergents for Turkey and export countries.
