I successfully implemented new category of garden furniture to company’s portfolio. I opened up and led a great prospering retail store with 1500 products, being in charge of a team of 5 people and sell out of products to third parties (e.g. garden centers).

I fully created and executed a relaunch of small domestic appliances under Ravanson brand on the market which resulted in growing numeric distribution from 75% to 90%.

I implemented loyalty programs as a standard marketing tool in to the company to support sell out. I led a project of Shop-in-Shop for 2 years, being responsible for 30 consultants in Poland. The project resulted in 30% of sales uplift (80% only in Praktiker).

I organized and led a PR conference while launching a new Zewa handkerchiefs.
