-Ensure Quality of service is meet and kept to Starbucks standards with regards to Customer Service and products produced. -Responsible for training Shift Supervisor, Baristas, Coffee Masters. -Responsible for overseeing that all materials and manpower for the store are met daily. -Provide P&L Analysis monthly, weekly and daily for Store Activities.

-Completed Land Survey work as a student intern. Was able to complete all research required to go out in field alone and complete either level runs, Topo with Total station or GPS projects from inception to completion of renderings utilizing Auto Cad in the office.

-Formed the Castle Connection, LLC Corporation which involved all aspects of starting up a corporation in Nevada and managed all aspects from 2001 till closure in 2009. The goal of the company was to purchase homes, rent them for 7 years and resell. With the fall of the housing market a decision was made to close the company.
