- Log analysis, System bug identification, Creating Rest API - BSP integrations for Airlines, Travel merchant on boarding (Hotels, Tour operators). - Critical database updates upon compliance approval (MySQL) - Performing new Setups for different payment methods - Troubleshooting Credit Cards and Alternative Payments transactions - Managing SLA and OLA with product user and internal stockholders to decrease penalties. - Incident handling and on-call duty to assure system availability around the clock.

- Integration support with regard to our product platform - Configuration of various set-ups in our systems - Support for the automation of set-up processes (using scripting, like Perl, VBA etc.) - Documentation of solutions developed for CS - Control and monitoring of customer communication and escalation messages - Direct customer contact for technical and product-specific questions or issues (2nd level support) - Training new employees and developing plans for quality and evaluations
