I have a successful track record in the Technology, Media, Telecoms, Professional Services, Industrial and Public Sector verticals and have undertaken a wide range of searches at all levels of seniority across the Technology, Operations, Finance and Commercial functions.

Adastrum Consulting is a boutique Executive Search firm that has complementary specialisms in the consumer, technology, media, telecoms and education industries, as well as management consulting and systems integration. The firm supports clients in business transformation, change and growth agendas, or with initiatives triggered by the rapidly evolving technology, digital and data landscape, by ensuring the right talent is on board. I am responsible for the end to end execution of all projects.

Head hunted to lead the Research and Delivery practice, I was asked to restructure a large and underperforming research team. Responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of c40 based in Dubai operating across the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council. Including commercial and operational strategy alignment, capacity management, developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, market mapping projects and developing and managing the end to end delivery process.

Based in London, I was a member the EMEA Senior Management team and personally responsible for end to end execution of search projects across the Industrial and Technology practices. I was also responsible for the leadership, management and development of a team of c40 researchers, research contractors and interns across 7 countries, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain.
