Leading acquisitions department. The most important achievements were: • Reduction of internal clients’ complaints and optimization of the procurement processes (timings and negotiations). • Encouraging contracts processes developing control systems, optimising procedures and training employees.

Responsible for importing goods, spare and parts, contracts, payment of suppliers and logistics of the national and international supply. Leading procurement and warehouse processes in the merger with other national enterprises. Creating the strategy to improve the attention of the internal clients and optimization of the supply chain management, for instance reducing purchasing time in almost 30%.

The key projects and functions developed were: Building pipeline system to supply the natural gas solution project in period of shortage supply from Argentina (Propane air system). Evaluation and implementation of new filling machine with a new supplier that reduce cost of bottled in 20% giving to the enterprise competitive advantages. Improving the productive processes through evaluation, creative disposition and developing of investment projects.
