As a Director of Client Success, I am responsible not only for ensuring that the client engagements are delivered successfully, but also to ensure that everything we do at Inviqa aims at making the clients more successful in their own business. I do this by ensuring full understanding of the clients' business, strategy and market positioning, to then identify opportunities of how our services can help the clients succeed. I am also accountable for the successful delivery of all German projects.

Achievements include: Account delivery lead for aviation portfolio focusing on mobile app development, I managed an on-, off- and near-shore team of 60+ people, improving profit margin by 14% within my first year. As stream lead managing 20+ business analysts and creatives at a €15M B2B mobile-first commerce program, I optimized prioritization and delivery of product features, achieving scope-to-budget delivery of MVP within the highly ambitious deadline prescribed by the client CTO.
