Reporting to CEO, managing 3.5M€ budget, leading 30+ professionals. o Responsible for product development and innovation activities for professional appliances products (electric and gas cooking, ovens, refrigerators, blast chillers, refrigerated display cabinets) in a global market context. o Dealing with multiple disciplines to bring innovation in the sector: food technologies, cooking systems, gas burners, induction heating, thermodynamics, electronics, sensor control, Machine Learning, IoT, Factory 4.0.

Reporting to Operations SVP & to Quality VP, Managing 200+ HC in 10 sites o Overall responsible for EU Product Quality, Customer Care, improving product/process quality, reducing aftersales interventions. Leading Quality and Q-improvements in both, design and production processes. o Setting and driving a comprehensive quality improvement program across the whole organization Introducing OpEx, Six Sigma, Lean, WCM Achievements: 32% quality improvement, 5.5M€ costs saving, 15% or 3.1 M€ scraps reduction

Reporting to the Director Organization & Efficiency, coordinating 30 Black Belts - Responsible for the Operational Excellence and the Six Sigma program roll out in Europe, coordinating product/process improvement projects, Benchmarking and KPI, Lean Manufacturing and WCM implementation - Main achievements: Operational Excellence and Six Sigma Program carried out in 10 Plants - Business impact: +20% new products quality, or 2.5M$ saving. Reduction of 1.3 M€/y for poor-quality costs
