Materializing cryo-electron tomography subtomogram averaging (STA) workflows on local and HPC infrastructure for structural analysis of macromolecular complexes (RELION software, Napari, IMOD, ModelAngelo, SLURM script engineering). Implementation of convolutional and graph neural network (CNN/GNN) approaches for tilt-series processing, particle picking, tomogram denoising, missing wedge and CTF correction (Tomotwin, cryoCARE, IsoNet2), and post-processed map enhancement (DeepEMhancer).

Developing an integrative approach to study mitochondrial import, focus on conformational evolutions of precursors: Design of fusion constructs (MTS fused with passenger proteins) Analysis of import and TOM–TIM23 supercomplex Purification of intact mitochondria from S. cerevisiae, evaluation of integrity Reasoning on presequence length, unfolding constraints, PAM motor involvement Identification of solubility/aggregation issues Critical discussion of limits and other approaches (EPR, TD-MS, autoradiography)

Involved in the study of Mycobacterium smegmatis acyltransferases and acyltrehalose exporters through Crosslinking(XL)-Affinity Purification(AP)-Mass Spectrometry(MS) in IPBS (Toulouse), tasked with ensuring Protocole Preparation/Optimization/Execution, Bioinformatic Analysis and Functional study. Also involved in various platform projects (still in Bottom-Up proteomics) from sample preparation to Post-Processing (Identification, Quantification, Imputation, Graphic representations).
