Business Analytics and Strategy (BA&S) is a service line within IBM Global Business Services. Within BA&S, we drive excellence by bringing in strategic perspective and solutions to the delivery of transformational change. My particular domain area of expertise is Talent and Change (T&C). T&C focuses on helping clients lead transformational change and build a smarter, more connected workforce with offerings that align to HR leaders priorities and the challenges of other buyers from across the C-Suite.

Developing and Introducing a new talent & career management concept at a big São Paulo based and South America acting bank. In addition, supporting the bank in this big transformation by using established Change Management approaches. Among other things cultural analysis, change history evaluation and stakeholder analysis.

Support of a Global Client Executive in an international acting logistics company. Tasks: Event management, implementation of a social media platform, organization and coordination of internal and client meetings, coordination of the world wide sales activity in the account

I gained a deep view insight the Project Management Office and worked in a lot of different tasks within the PMO.These where amongst others controlling, on- and offboarding of team members and organisation of internal / external trainings and workshops. I was also responsible for staffing and controlling.

I gained a broad insight in the different processes of developing an international RFP and roll out of a new solution in over 45 countries.
