Board member of the Swiss Data Alliance (SDA), the leading Swiss think tank for digital sovereignty and data stewardship. Co-author of the SDA whitepaper on digital sovereignty (2024). Speaker at the SDA panel at ETH Zurich (2025), presenting the private sector perspective alongside the Swiss Federal Council. Vice Chairman of the Gaia-X Hub Switzerland, which is organisationally housed within the Swiss Data Alliance.

Business owner and lead architect for Accenture's strategic partnership with Schwarz Group (Lidl, Kaufland, PreZero, Schwarz Produktion, Schwarz Digits, Schwarz Corporate Solutions) – retail and consumer goods transformation across cloud, data and AI. Built the partnership from the ground up with full P&L responsibility. Also technical and engagement lead at C-level for sovereign and multi-cloud programmes in financial services, the public sector and critical infrastructure.

Founder and CEO with full P&L and line responsibility across Tianjin, Beijing, Hong Kong and Zurich. Built a Hong Kong-incorporated consulting and event company in China and founded the first Foreign Invested Partnership Enterprise (FIPE) in Tianjin. Selected projects: DKV Euroservice market entry China (interim COO & CIO) and the Real Madrid China Tour. Portfolio: LiVE! Technologies – founder, chairman & CTO of a sports-tech platform giving clubs ownership of their fan data.

Member of the executive board (the only foreigner). Built strategy and international business with clients in Europe and the US for software development from China; 4 direct and 40+ indirect reports.

Introduced ITIL v2 in global network operations and replaced inconsistent contracts with standardised SLAs and OLAs as the basis for global outsourcing. Co-delivery lead in the global outsourcing programme through to award to BT, steered across New York, Zurich, Hong Kong and London. AAA performance rating (top 10% worldwide).

Led a team of 5; project lead in the build-up phase of the Corporate Shared Service Center in Malaysia with 20–30 project staff.

18-month part-time programme for practitioners in European and international business law. Bridges technology and law – the basis for advising boards on regulation such as DORA, the CLOUD Act and the EU AI Act.

8 semesters, part-time alongside professional work. Focus: Business IT, management, digital transformation.
