Production Technician working as part of a 6-man project team transferring product manufacturing from R&D laboratory scale to a high-throughput cleanroom environment. Setting up a new QMS to ISO 13485 standard (currently not certified).

- Set up and maintain equipment management in line with ISO13485. Planning and documenting maintenance and calibration of equipment. - Manufacturing and QC of sterile medical implants in a cleanroom. - Developing and validating test methods and production processes, transfer of projects from R&D to production, creating QMS documentation. - Working with NCs, CAPAs and RCA for continuous process improvements. - Emergency Response Officer, giving safety trainings and performing safety inspections.

Worked in production on several low-budget short film projects, in all stages (early planning, pre-production, on the film set, and post-production). Several of these shorts won international awards. Job titles include Producer, Production Manager, Line Producer and 2nd Assistent Director.

One week summerclass 'Nuclear Power Generation' at EPZ in Borssele. Includes knowledge about the main and safety systems, safe plant operation, and operating a nuclear power plant.
