In charge on stabilizing the work at Customer Service (after SAP implementation) related to the connection with the supply points and accuracy of promised delivery dates. I have prepared the Executive Reviews of our Open Order Book together with my General Manager. I can evaluate a full range of business concerns, needs, and requirements to identify and recommended processes, products, and solutions in order to meet company objectives.

• Met business requirements by designing and implementing SAP supply chain processes at Alcon Division that includes: o More than 30,000 domestic and intercompany order transactions that are open at any point in time. o Transactions coming from > 10 manufacturing plants worldwide both direct shipments to end customers and replenishments through 5 different distribution centers worldwide. o Around 50 different Integrated Business Scenarios (supply chains point to point).

I lead the Integrated Business Planning process to develop tactical plans that provide management the ability to strategically direct its businesses to achieve competitive advantage on a continuous basis, by integrating customer-focused Marketing plans for new and existing products with the management of the Value Streams.

I am an expert at accurately calculating supply chain costs using extensive knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures. I had hands on approach to design and implement supply chain operations across all EMEA countries as well as manage service and inventory key performance indicators for Hospital Market in EMEA.

I provided leadership and direction for successful execution of medium to large in scale supply chain projects by overseeing all aspects of scoping, requirements gathering, project plan creation, status reporting, issue resolution, and resource allocation. My enthusiasm, motivation, and dedication helped me to manage effectively supply and distribution processes. During this period, I was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
