Responsible to guarantee leadership and employees adherence to HR programs as Health & Safety, Talent Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Evaluation Program, and Internal and External Recruitment, among others. Successful worked with 13 senior leaders and approx. 900 employees (team Iron Making) and 15 senior leaders and approx. 600 employees (team Steel Making). Provide leaders guidance on compensation decisions, disciplinary procedures, benefits, labor law, and labor union.

Responsible for the identification, development and organization of all technical, behavioral and management training for approx. 3.500 employees. Elaborate, control and manage the training budget (approx. USD 10 million). Company's counterpart for the exchange training programs between the mother company (Germany) and the subsidiary in Brazil, with a international assignment in Germany. Development and implementation of technical training matrix, onboarding and intercultural training and e-learning.

Responsible for the Training & Development and Compensation areas. Develop, implement and maintain the Technical Certification Program, Internship Program and Compensation Policies. Responsible for the identification, development and organization of all technical training. Responsible for all compensation analysis, including salary increases, extra hours, and others. Participation at category salary surveys.
