- Defining the future direction of Science & Lab Solutions Commercial EMEA. - Working closely with the organization's leadership to identify strategic priorities and align business needs accordingly. - Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

- Project managing diverse teams of business and corporate functions stakeholders to achieve post acquisition legal entity integration for the Life Science commercial business. - Leading a team for integration strategy development in key complex countries including production and distribution sites with high exposure to senior management.

- Enabling smooth transitions for strategic IT projects into operations including negotiation of vendor deliverables, development of service concepts and contracting external service teams. - Consulting with internal customers to identify their needs and implement improvement projects. - Managing external vendors to ensure service level adherence.

- Managing the IT financial process and collaborating with different senior stakeholders within IT and the business sectors to build internal costing, pricing, and charging of IT services. - Supporting the operational planning process (OP) for IT and business sector departments.

Gaining insights into different departments and legal entities within the Merck Group (IT Service Management, Order Processing, Customer Service (UK), Supply & Demand Management).
