I was asked to setup the company from scratch for a small period of time. Responsible for driving this new business and to transform the existing operation from stock holding to drop shipment. It all started with redesigning the unstructured interface and back-end to a completely new e-commerce platform for Megatuinwinkel.nl. I also managed to develop a new supply chain strategy. The website will go live in 2018.

The System uses no natural gas or oil as a source of energy and consumes only about 25% of the electrical needs of electric resistive heating. The savings are therefore large, it’s easy to build, is cheap to construct and, depending on the isolation levels of the house or building, the possibilities are enormous. It can be retrofitted in almost every home or commercial building. It can also be buried or placed in a basement. **THE COMPANY IS SOLD IN 2016**

A follow up company from Florod V.O.F. Solar Solutions Worldwide was founded as a innovative brewery for innovative renewable products. I started this company with my brother. The SolarFreezer was developed due this period.

I founded a unique method of selling seasonal products without actually having the products stock. It was a highly profitable system with extreme low running costs. Florod V.O.F. was one of the first dropshipment company's of the Netherlands. Due succes we transformed the company to Solar Solutions Worldwide V.O.F. Think big, think better was our thougt.
