Über mich
I help companies in automotive, energy and defence domains develop complex systems, capitalize their knowledge and maximize team collaboration by establishing frameworks based on structured processes, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and consistent data-models for tool implementation. I have developed and experienced in several contexts a practical MBSE approach that fosters successful user experience. It is independent from any modeling language and tool. More than 500 people (marketing, system engineers, system architects, system project leaders, IVV leaders) have been trained and coached to this approach. I am also a certified Provisional Automotive SPICE assessor (Competent Assessor training completed) and help automotive suppliers fulfil the expectations of the Automotive SPICE model. I guide teams to find the most effective solutions to comply with the Automotive SPICE processes they have selected to meet their business objectives.
