Responsible for improving software and system engineering processes within the Electronics Division. - Management of a process improvement team of 5 to 10 resources (France, Germany, Bulgaria) - Definition and implementation of the process improvement strategies - Definition of the engineering quality management system - Establishment of the quality assurance organization on the French, German and Bulgaria locations - Organization of Automotive SPICE level 3 assessments

Monitoring of the development of motors for power steering systems - Management of the acquisition of hardware and software developments enabling the control of a motors which drives an hydraulic pump for a vehicle power steering system. - Interface with the automotive manufacturers (PSA, Renault, VW) about all technical topics related to the motor: hardware, software, mechanical parts and connectors.
