Build and lead a team of senior experts to consult IT and Business departments in selecting and developing innovative IT solutions for Retail, Franchise, Wholesale and branch office environments. Create prototypes and develop policy compliant and cost efficient solutions for the global market. Coach and monitor the project team to run a smooth rollout. Own the adidas POS service for LAM, EM and Asia. Lead the adidas POS team to further develop and maintain the adidas POS system. Manage the POS budget and create a strategy and roadmap aligned with other departments.
