Responsible for the development of an algorithm that helps to determine specific targets for the “Market Manufacturing Costs” for different products at different production sites.

Accountable for the management of the purchasing department. Responsible for the negotiation of prices for all the factory inputs from raw materials to finished goods, as well as the development of new local and international suppliers for the production site in Mexico. Full responsibility over all industrial management controlling, P&L management, reporting, costs accounting and deviation’s analysis, including direct responsibility for industrial budget calculation, and annual operating plan calculation.

Responsible for the supervision and administration of all informatics and communication resources of the company. Leader of an outsourced team committed to granting reliable services and technical support for almost 200 employees. Accountable for the re-engineering, optimization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and equipment in order to improve service, to reduce costs and to avoid failures.Also accountable for the evaluation of investment projects, and the industrial controlling and reporting.

Responsible for the monthly closing process, the controlling and the reporting for the industrial segment of the company. Reporting directly to the general manager and the financial director. Responsible for the statistical analysis of factory information with aims to find improvement opportunities on efficiency and cost reductions. Also responsible of new product’s costs calculation.

Fully responsible for the cost assessment for new products in order to grant profitable results before their launch into the market. Responsible for the coordination with R&D, supply chain, and factory departments for the proper evaluation of product’s cost and industrial projects. Accountable for the SKU’s database management: SAP’s MM module.

Accountable for the definition and documentation of procedures and basic parameters for the productive processes. Responsibility included the elaboration of documentation for ISO’s certification related to industrial processes, machinery parameters and flow charts. Responsible for training the personnel on the operation of machinery, company standards, and production processes.

Accountable for the design, development and implementation of a SCADA project to obtain on-line, real time factory information for performance and productivity monitoring.
