Responsable for ensuring guest wellbeing and satisfaction. Leading all actions involving the customer experience, to create a tailored and optimal experience from pre-arrival to departure. Create and personalise each guest profile according to their requirements, preferences, in order to anticipate expectations and needs for current and future stays Control and Register – every day prepare the updated In House List, with all the details of the guests in house for control, register and analise of profile.

Working on customer service, planning and developing activities for customer experience and satisfaction and supporting internal and external communication of the hostel.

As Concierge my role was to greet the guests, introduce all the free areas, working hours and general instructions. As well as informing about events and being in charge of the indication of establishments and tours in the region and the sales of tours of our partners.
