- Supporting the Head Teacher with the management of teachers within our Center - Responsible for 4 teachers, assisting them to reach their performance targets - Conducting regular performance reviews, feedback sessions and additional trainings - Conducting demonstration classes to help bring in new clients - Assist with on-boarding of new team members - Ensuring teachers have all the relevant content & resources - Teaching classes with students ranging from the age of 5-16

• Using hotel resources to maximize guests’ satisfaction & optimize revenue streams • Managing the reservations department to ensure emails are responded to promptly and effectively • Developing and implementing staff training programs • Continuously developing the hotels brand • Continuously ensuring staff performance is of a high standard • Developing relationships with the local business community
