Consult the project team regarding all contractual issues related to the installation activities for a monopile based wind farm in the North Sea.

Liaise with external advisors to verify the models. Training of, and coordinating with involved stakeholders both on corporate as well as sector and business level in order to guarantee successful implementation.

Sr. Project Contracts Manager for newly build power plants. Responsible for contract / claim management of both main and subcontracts during the building of a Combined Cycle Gas power plant (project value approx. EUR 300 Mio.). Contract basis: Fidic, subcontracts: Fidic, ICE and NEC 3. Support and manage remeasured civil, mechanical and electrical subcontracts. Focal point for legal and insurance affairs. Keeper of the risk log files (risk & opportunity matrices).

Legal Counsel on a variety of topics, relating to signalling and traction/rolling stock contracts and part of the Management Team of the Alstom Country Region. Contract Manager: providing day-to-day contractual assistance to the largest signalling contract: Betuwe Route. Contract basis: Dutch Government Issue. Interim installation / commissioning manager for the Betuwe Route project during the last 6 months of the project, next to the legal and contract support.

Company lawyer / Contracts Administrator for the construction of oil and gas pipelines. Content of work: legal advisor from tender through execution of projects, generating standard contracts for procurement, setting fiscal guidelines to overcome permanent establishments (both company and employee related), keeper of bonding and guarantee lines (incl. wordings) for all projects.

Restructuring the world wide Van Oord Group and responsible for a variety of legal proceedings: drafting and finalising building contracts for pump dredgers, drafting subcontracts/joint ventures, incorporate subsidiaries.

Shop-in-a-box, Internet shops for medium sized companies. Responsible for all legal proceedings, amongst others; disclaimers web sites, covering the world wide intellectual property rights, drafting distributors agreements, employee participation schemes. Project manager, three projects: - Relocation of the company and new office design; - setting up a back-office system; and - preparation of a functional design for a distribution module, to be integrated with the existing software program

Responsibilities: company and maritime law, but mainly real estate transfers. Managed 2 FTE.
