Manage the EMEA business and teams linked to IDC Data and Analytics (D&A) services across all technologies and industry offerings. This included • Be the “Voice and Ear” with key Data and Analytics (D&A) customers in the region • Supervise senior managers that led teams of more than 100 analysts • Coordinate with internal business partners (sales, consulting, marketing) on go to market • Be an executive analyst on select strategy projects with major accounts

Responsible for Pan-european research around core vertical market areas (segmentation, macroeconomics), data sizing of mega-trends (e.g. IoT, AI) and thought leadership on Emerging Technologies such as blockchain and edge computing. Main tasks: * Manage team including areas of expertise and career development * Plan the business around standard and custom engagements * Help IT buyers and vendors adjust strategies through evidence-based insight * Initiate an incubator of research around Emerging Topics

Responsible for research on datacenter market in Western Europe. Co-lead of European Cloud Practice.
