•Preparing and following the OHS management system documents •Reporting and recording the nonconformities detected •Preparing the risk assessment report and following the actions •Educating employees on safe working considerations •Preparing and presenting monthly business plan presentations •Supporting the planning of annual exercises •Contributing to the preparation of the annual evaluation report •Preparing and reporting root cause analyzes of the work accidents and near misses

•Prepare OHS procedures •Prepare and implement risk assessments and emergency plan •Identify training requirements, develop, and give training to the employees •Coordinate the Committee Meetings •Carry out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends and introduce improvement plans •Organize and conduct health and safety audits •Prepare Non-Conformity Reports and Root Cause Analysis •Report monthly OHS statistics and performance data (KPI) •Develop and manage web-based OHS management system

•Carry out regular site inspections and follow up the improvements •Give induction trainings to the employees and visitors •Implement emergency evacuation plans •Prepare monthly OHS reports •Report accidents, incidents, near misses and ensure taking preventive and corrective actions •Ensure proper working regime at sites under the guidance of Material Safety Data Sheet •Informing employees about using of PPE •Determining the hazards in the field and ensuring that the necessary precautions are taken
