Within this role I work alongside companies’ internal recruitment functions in order to design and deliver a fully customised e-Recruitment strategy that enables our clients to move away from costly placement fees and the struggle of attracting candidates directly themselves. Focussing on Candidate Attraction, Response Management and our ability to integrate with various technical platforms, EasyWeb are able to offer a fully managed end to end recruitment campaign.

My first introduction into recruitment was in March 2011 when I joined Easy Web and spent a very successful year as a Resource Executive where was involved in the management of client campaigns where I would source the most relevant candidates for the given position using a variety of methods. I also specialised in the creation of professionally optimised adverts so when placed onto the utilised job boards it will be placed in the most relevant category and will perform very well in candidate searches.
