 Administration of Salesforce and ensuring data security.  Checking and implementation of adjustments in Sales and Service Cloud.  Contact person for internal and external inquiries related to Salesforce.  Evaluation and implementation of (partial) projects in Salesforce.  Implement technical and process-related customer requirements.

 Managing Salesforce profiles, roles, sharing rules, flows, and groups.  Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables, audit trails.  Implementing security measures to protect vital business data.  Designing reports and dashboards with stakeholders for all departments including management.

Introducing the theoretical session, which includes teaching methods.  Designing methods of preparing lessons, reinforcement, and evaluation.  Monitoring students while providing real lessons in a classroom. Providing environments which allow students to train and gain teaching experience.

 Monitoring the students' learning development and evaluating their knowledge and skills on the subjects taught.  Building the course content based on the students' knowledge.  Understanding of the subjects they are interested in to plan into the curriculum.
