•Maximize category performance and strategic product launches via 360 communication plans including ATL & BTL, offline, digital, PR activities, targeted actions for sales force & internal communication •Close coordination with Board Members and internal stakeholders •Manage PR agency •Manage offline & online advertising and media processes for all categories • Organize events & product launches, shootings, PR launches, etc •Analyze and improve ROI •Budget management

• Responsible for 360 skin care category communication • Manage PR communication for all beauty and Fashion, Home & Sports categories as well as corporate communication purposes & get sustainable PR coverage • Responsible for preparing communication materials for executives for conducting media interview • Exploit global celebrity, expert usages and global assets for PR purposes • Budget management

• Coordinate Avon printed materials (brochures, flyers, guides, etc) inline with the campaign & printing schedule • Manage all printed materials’, advertising materials, website and web contents’ copy creation & translation. • Create content for all of the online platforms and printed materials of the company • Organize focus group meetings to monitor shopping habits • Explore the cost-effective solutions in printing & paper • Budget management and forecasts
