Coordinating the operations between IKEA and the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners to deliver orders to customers on-time in-full. Being responsible for the last mile delivery from IKEA Stores in Vienna and Salzburg, as well as the Central Parcel Unit for the whole Austria.

Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and development of metrics for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) department, considering demand, actual production and inventory development versus forecasts. Developing reports and automated dashboards in MS Excel using SAP data to identify root causes, presenting insights visually and in a centralized manner. Contributing to the decision making process by providing ad hoc analyses, to the Demand team and Supply Planners in the Head Office in Vienn

Analyzing receivables and coordinating resolution of issues, through communication with Business Units for customers in the USA: Chrysler and General Motors, to ensure collection in a timely manner.
