Managing a distributed SRE team of 20+ people across Australia, India, Europe and The US. We are committed to constantly improve and to tie tight bonds with our core development, in order to provide the best service we possibly can.
Leading a small team of automation experts, building up server deployment automation using IaC principles while standardizing the deployments as much as we can.
Leading a team of 14 DBAs spreading over 3 locations (Europe, USA, India), responsible for 300+ Databases in production and test, a good dozen of them mission critical. Sizes very between several GB to 13 TB high workload OLTP (up to 3000+ commits/s) and only up to 4 maintenance windows per year and database of 8 minutes each.
