Requested to lead team located in France (Nice), Germany (Munich) and India (Bangalore) accountable for mission-critical services around monitoring and alerting used by 7000+ worldwide employees. Team was up to 15 team members having various roles (developers, analysts, usability expert & application management) aiming to be a full-fledged DEVOPS team.

Successfully started and grew part of the team in Bangalore (India), following company's goal for global footprint. Proposed and managed multiple projects in “Amadeus Service Stability Improvement” program. Many have been successfully delivered, providing operational services used by 5000+ Amadeus employees in order to leverage daily logs (~2 Petabytes per day) access

Promoted to unit manager at the Amadeus datacenter for a team of 3 software engineers dedicated to the home-made deployment application. The service was unstable, unreliable and the customer relationship very degraded. Successfully stabilize the product and rebuilt the trust of the customers over 2 years. Grew the team from 3 to 23 individuals, responsible for development and support of multiple internal mission-critical products serving IT services such as incident, problem & change management.

Lead integrator for a new Airline IT project (Revenue Management System), bringing the project from development to production environments, ensuring availability, resiliency and scalability of the service. The service was running in production when I left the role and was soon followed by a successful cutover of a first customer

Technical lead of a task force based at the data center in Munich, which goal was to improve the software load application and processes used by every Amadeus services hosted on open back-ends. The task force successfully delivered expectations and lead to the creation of a dedicate team focused on software load

Member of the integration team of the airlines IT Inventory platform, acting as the sole interface between multiple teams of developers(100+) based in Nice and data center operations based in Munich. I was in charge of ensuring successful delivery of major technical evolutions. Main achievement: Complete migration from HP-UX to Linux of Altéa Inventory. The migration was done live in production without customer impact

Software developer on a multi-tier / service oriented application, part of the IT Inventory platform (Altea). - Full implementation from scratch of a new algorithm for availability calculation to be used by a major customer. It was delivered according to specification, timeline and budget, without any functional issues when released and activated. - Complete non-regression of the whole application (more than 300 cases) was migrated to latest framework and improved from 70%- to 95%+ coverage.

Internship development of a booking simulator, using class-based demand model to simulate the passenger demand over a given flight and to deduce expected revenues and experiment optimization models to feed Revenue Management Systems. The development as been done using C++, Java and the multiple Amadeus Frameworks

Lead developer of a humanoid simulation for Eon Reality which was presented at SIGGRAPH 2003. The project, that I started 6 months before, involved AI programming, 3D modeling, virtual world development and the use of motion capture. Work on the GUI of a "Virtual Human Testbed" simulation for Lockheed Martin. Implementation of functionalities to be able to save/load a scene or part of it, to create virtual humans within the scene and to manage hands shapes.
