Supervised the Fund Data Management team in charge of providing performances and risk data. Participated in projects on data consistency check across data vendors and tested new system developments.

Monitored and controlled performance returns and risk ratios of over 400 funds for the Investment Administration team. Calculated SRRI figures and STR as part of KIID and PRIIPs regulations. Processed and distributed performance data required by other departments within the European fund services division for the Luxembourg and UK-administered funds.

Supervised and supported fund administration activities of a Private Equity team: - Quarterly financial data input and review for over 4,000 funds. - Analysis of error reports and provision of corrective measures. - Monthly metrics and volume tracking reporting to senior management. Performed team members recruiting, training planning, performance evaluation and task allocation.

Provided Fund Management with portfolio performance measurement and analysis: performance contribution and attribution, statistic ratios. Analysed accounting data collection requirements to define new standard- and client-specific monthly and daily reports. Maintained the Reporting system (Access, Crystal Reports) and monitored the accuracy and consistency of the information to ensure reliable performance analysis. Ensured the timely production of 18 daily reports and 10 monthly reports for 40 funds.

Calculated and monitored the commissions based on distribution agreements on Schroders Funds in Luxembourg. Ensured through effective reconciliation calculations that accurate payments were made to the large number of Distributors of Schroders’ Luxembourg domiciled funds

Performed deadline driven fund accounting activities: daily NAV calculation and control. Carried out weekly custody reconciliation and produced regulatory documents packages for clients and Luxembourg’s financial sector supervisory committee (CSSF).

Coordinated and controlled the publication of NAV listings and financial advertisements in international media and data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P). Managed media relationships by organising meetings and conference calls to ensure timely and reliable data publication.

Analysed customers’ charts of accounts and defined functional solutions to parameterise a reporting software using VB Script, and generate accurate financial reports. Demonstrated this software to prospects. Contributed to a fund accounting software migration project: performed parameterisation and testing of the new system. Managed relationships with clients to provide actual information and technical support on the new fund accounting software and its related database and software system.

Initiated relationships with French Chambers of Commerce on behalf of the company, in order to develop commercial partnerships with French companies. Improved corporate communication: co-developed an English version of the website, created effective PowerPoint presentations of the company in English and French.
