 Managing and building customer relationships effectively.  Responsible for overlooking the day to day operations of POS (Point of Sale) Business.  Leading national & international vendor's relationships.  Developing and enhancing the merchant acquiring solutions.  Participating to help acquirer banks to perform MTIP (MasterCard Terminal Integration Process) and ADVT (Visa's Acquirer Device Validation Test).

 Managing and maintaining windows server, domain controller and system security configurations.  Implementation, customization and maintenance of various technologies.  Assisting in the planning, designing, documentation, and implementation of various systems.

 Performing a variety of technical and end-user support duties of routine difficulty, complexity and scope. Providing technical and end-user support.  Maintenance, Tuning and Trouble Shooting.  Determining whether problem was system related, hardware, software, or caused by an end user.  Diagnose local server and local network communication and equipment problems.  Providing guidance to less experienced technical support and student staff.
